Our story.
Where your stories find a home.
How it began.
In June 2020, in the midst of the global pandemic, three poets in Bali (Nicole, Andrea, and Roel) saw a deep need for people to express themselves through art and connect on an authentic level. A need for true community, to uplift and inspire others to become more of themselves as they explored their creativity.
Voices Unleashed was born through a simple ‘no-microphone’ open mic.

Who we are.
Voices Unleashed is an invitation. An encouragement. A safe space for sharing. We believe getting lost in creativity is a way to find ourselves. So we welcome you to wander. We believe in expression, both the polished and the raw. We celebrate the artist in the human and the human in the artist. We are the walls on which voices may echo. And your stories find a home.
In an increasingly polarized world, art + community becomes a catalyst for personal development and social cohesion.
Connecting people
We are community-driven. Run by people from the community, for the community. We play the long game and invest in relationships.
Encourage expression
We are a launchpad for people daring greatly to become authentic. And for artists to take the next step in their career.
Cross-cultural integration
We celebrate local culture. We primarily collaborate with local vendors and partners and contribute to the improvement of diversity and inclusion of cultures.
And we're still growing.
